We have a lot of employees that are part of our front line staff and do not spend a lot of time in front of a computer screen. We are always looking for better volunteer engagement methods for these folks. Any ideas out there that have good outcomes?

    @Betsy Moyer Are you speaking more to how your frontline fundraisers interact with NXT? It's an ongoing struggle, but I think leading up a discussion on ROI, as well as useful features in the webview, would be a good jumping-off point. Start small, highlighting one thing at a time like Lists or Opportunities. Let the conversations grow organically from there. I think there's a common misconception among fundraisers that data entry has to be a “time-wasting,” boring activity. Showing them engaging, quick ways to work in NXT can lead to some real “a-ha!” moments.
