    I have to dig back into our archives, as we launched back in 2019. But I know we posted an article on our intranet and shared the news in our weekly newsletter which went out to over 50% of our associates at that time. We had a core group highly engaged associates who we asked to help spread the word about the new system.

    One thing that was really successful is we hosted “open houses” where folks could come in to a conference room (pre hybrid times) and we'd give them a guided tutorial on how the system worked. We helped them set up their profiles etc. We made sure we had a few favorite volunteer projects confirmed for 4 weeks out so folks would want to go into the system and sign up .

    We have a few divisions/departments that had a high community engagement participation and we reached out to that area's leadership for time during an upcoming team meeting to showcase the system.

    We offered a gift card give away and some snacks at the open house. We are are a regional company, so majority of our associates were in our main office at the time.

    I hope your launch goes well. It is a very user friendly system, so most folks found it very easy to navigate.
