Tax receipts reports
Hello!
I'm having a hard time getting an accurate year end query report. I followed the step by step process from knowledge base and it keeps bringing up previous years data.
Any tip to run the 2023 receipts to donors? Any help will be appreciated.

@Wanessa Dougherty. Good morning Wanessa, it could be a couple of things. For starters, double check you have selected - Criteria Matching - All, Journal Entry Date - be sure this is for Jan 1, 2023-Dec 31, 2023.

@Lynn Nelson when I select match all criteria, it does not bring all the 2023 contributions… the total dollar amount is way off. Very strange.
