DKIM/DMARC troubles

My HQ support is working with BB support on the DKIM issue, but they can't seem to speak the same language. Can someone whose organization uses Google for their organization's mail provide me with the DKIM record that worked for your organization, so that I can send it to both my HQ and BB to help figure this out? I realize your record won't be the same as our record, but what my HQ is saying is needed from BB is not what BB has provided them. We need to be able to send emails!!

  • @Betsy Rubenstein We worked with BB support and they provided us with the 2 DKIM for both basic and advanced email. We added those two to our domain through Squarespace which hosts our domain. We also had to add DKIM because we use Google Workspace. That one my board member who is head of our technology committee did find that using google. So we added 3 DKIMs. I found chatting with Kathleen at BB support excellent - she emailed me frequently, walking me through it.
