Accurate Accounts Receivable Reporting in Tuition Management
We recently switched to BB Tuition Management in July. We use Quickbooks for financial reporting. When reconciling it appears the reports in BB do not take in to account the Web payments and manual payments that are credited to the students accounts. What bucket are these payments being recorded in and is there something we aren't doing to post the web payments to the students account?
