Give them a public shout out by clicking the @ and typing in their name. Tip: typing a “- (dash)" between their first and last name will pull their name up.

I agree with Patti! Often, I'll be looking in the community to see if someone has come up against a conundrum that I'm facing and find that an All-Star has already helped someone else out with that very problem.

I think back to 10-15 years ago and several people come to mind who were very active then but no longer BB users. They truly were a life line working part-time with no learning subscription.

As I read the posts of those who've replied, I am “Yes, that person.” “Oh, them too.” “Oooo, hadn't thought about them for a while.” I am so reluctant to name names as I know I would be missing people. I've been helped by so many people in the Community over the years it's honestly hard to remember them all. I have to say, that being a Blackbaud user, gives you a certain advantage because of the Community. It's something I've come to count on when I get stuck, from simple “what do you do?” questions to advanced list recipes - It's a rare occasion that something goes unanswered.
