Tax receipt for donations under $20

I am wondering how we can edit out auto-receipting to send Tax receipts for donations ONLY if they are above the $20 threshold. I am in desktop view and I can't find that setting.

    @Stephanie McCullough - Welcome to BB Community forums! I don't believe you can edit the tax receipt through OLX. Also, in general conditional outcomes for OLX forms/processes aren't possible.

    Recommend you employ a gift acknowledgement/receipt process through Mail, a third-party app or Power Automate to send out the customized receipt/letter.

    @Stephanie McCullough I believe @Austen Brown is correct. It's an all or nothing setting in OLX. Since it is sending out an automated email, is there a problem with these gifts being automatically thanked and/or acknowledged?

    @Stephanie McCullough, if you switch from OLX to RE NXT for your donation forms, then you could use Query/Gift Lists to select the >$20 gifts to be acknowledged and then run those through your email receipting/mailed acknowledgment processes. But @Austen Brown and @Dariel Dixon are correct: I don't think any Blackbaud online donation form is going to let you select a condition for when to send an automated email acknowledgment for submitted donations or not; it's all or nothing.
