    @Crystal Bruce This is not something we are currently using so I don't have something to compare it to but setting up a test event and adding participants was very easy.

    @Crystal Bruce Loading participant options from other events is helpful. Loading fees and other options would be even more helpful. We often have the same kinds of events, so being able to copy participant options is a good start. If we could copy all or most of the details - fees, campaign, fund - from prior events, it would be even faster. I was disappointed to find that only one appeal per event is allowed. It would be much more efficient if we could attach CFAP info to fees.

    The ability to separate out fees in this way is really helpful. I note that once you have added a contribution amount to a fee, you then cannot remove it in the Edit function. You have to delete and then recreate the fee.

    I like the customisable nature of the registration form creator, especially the ability to customise the names displayed for the fees etc.

    Could we please make the ‘Use a previous registrant' name customisable too? Jane Smith and Alan Smith aren't necessarily culturally appropriate.

    It would be great to have more features available for the Style of the form - a range of colours, ability to include own logo, etc.

    @Crystal Bruce While we like the form and the ability to include a fee structure, there are a couple of issues we've faced. It would be helpful if we had the option to approve the names of the registrants, as the system has created new constituents. I'm sure this will be coming at some point. It would also be helpful if the fee structure allowed for multiple campaigns/funds/appeals.

    Used this only once. Having a fee/no fee option, closing the registration on the day of the event are good. Will discover more features once we have more events.

    @Crystal Bruce I like that I can set a couple ticket and give them 2 tickets for a price and set a table ticket and give them 10 tickets for a price, so being able to add the quantity and also the contribution amount is really nice. I also like how you set the campaign fund and appeal separately as well. Plus I like being able to limit capacity.

    @Crystal Bruce I like that we can set up to take donations and set a close date. Also, the ability to cover fees is nice.

    @Crystal Bruce I like how attendees can see how many spots are available to them and how the form is almost fully customizable. Being able to change the the text and look is wonderful!

    @Crystal Bruce My favorite registration form enhancements are the ability to add Participant Options! This saves us so much work by auto-applying which individual events within a larger Reunion event someone is attending.

    I like the ease of setup, the ability to set a close date and message, and option for participants to share their diet/accessibility requirements. I miss the form capacity.

    @Crystal Bruce, having the ability to start with the list of invited guests is helpful. Perhaps that will help with constituent matching, which has previously been a reason we stopped using the events feature.

    I really like being able to create the online registration form right at the event record, and all customizations available. One thing that I find challenging, which also applies to other tiles on NXT, is that the search feature doesn't open the whole list of options available for a determined field, like fund, appeal, etc. You need to enter the first three letters and only then NXT will show the options available.

    @Crystal Bruce we don't currently use NXT for online registration, but it sounds like from others it's easy to setup and we should investigate it's use further.
