Enroll/Inactivate Candidates in Enrollment Management

It has been our practice to not complete the Enroll/Inactivate candidates process for the upcoming school year until the completion of the current school year, once transcripts have been sent, and the Master Rollover completed. We are considering enrolling accepted candidates on June 1st prior so they can have access to our communication platform. Will this create any issues for the current school year? I am not planning on promoting, graduating, or withdrawing current students for the upcoming year until the Master Rollover is completed mid-July. I am interested in hearing how other school handle this process. Thank you in advance!

  • @Eileen Grabowski we also enroll/withdraw our students with our master rollover on July 1st, however our communications go to our current and incoming families from the time that they are enrolled at our school. Our registrar has worked on setting the incoming parents' portals once they are enrolled, to have access to our resources to start working on their student's upcoming requirements.
