    @Crystal Bruce the pledge feature is good for working with grants. However, I couldn't figure out how to edit the pledge (or previous payment batched to an opportunity that I created a pledge for after the fact). Allowing a little more forgiveness in editing would be helpful.

    I'm so excited to use this feature! We haven't been storing credit card numbers in the safe since the world of PCI compliance came upon us and this feels so much more secure and so great to be able to let people pay without needing reminders on smaller pledges. Yeehaw!

    Appreciate we have automated pledge payments, but this area has a ways to go. We need to be able to interact with the pledge the same way we can in DBV - apply off schedule installments, edit basic fields (gift date), do a write off, etc.

    @Crystal Bruce most of our donors wanting to set up pledges are online donors - so having that feature on Donation Forms was a big plus for us. Now as part of WV staff can do the same without having to go to the donation form or to DBV to do so.

    @Crystal Bruce Our team has been testing out this new feature with excitement as we're in the early phase of a capital campaign and would love to be able to offer this option for our smaller pledge gifts. However, in addition to the points made by Austen, it also appears that the payment information cannot be updated like recurring gifts? We would be using this feature for multi-year pledges and I wouldn't feel comfortable rolling out this option if we can't update a credit card as needed. Am I missing something?
