In the coming weeks (or today, if part of an Early Adopter Program), you'll be able to add one-time gifts in the web view and process their credit card transactions in real-time. With Blackbaud Merchant Services, you can also process direct debit transactions as you add their gifts. In preparation, and to help simplify payment processing overall and save your organization time and money, you can use Blackbaud Merchant Services in Raiser's Edge NXT today.

 

As with other payment gateways, Blackbaud Merchant Services processes transactions with all major credit cards and Automated Clearing House (ACH) direct debit. However, unlike other gateways, Blackbaud Merchant Services enables end-to-end payment processing within Blackbaud solutions to provide:

• OneRATE^TM for all cards and transaction types, with no hidden fees or long-term contract
• Automatic updates of credit card data to help ensure your recurring giving programs run smoothly
• Blackbaud MobilePay and Mobile Event Management apps to process payments and event registrations (respectively) via a card reader and mobile phone or tablet, such as at fundraising galas or when face-to-face with donors
• Fraud management through Card Security Code (CSC), Address Verification System (AVS), and Three-Domain Secure (3DS) authorization, with premium options available for additional security
• Simplified compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS)
• Streamlined configuration between Raiser's Edge NXT and your organization's Blackbaud Payment Service account
