RENXT Donation Forms Now Available to All US Organizations

We recently released Donation Forms in RENXT web view to all US customers. You can find the Donation Form Designer under Tools on your navigation bar. 


Now donation form creation takes less time and requires fewer clicks. We expect you’ll be able to create a form in just minutes.


Below are some highlights of what you will find:

Design your next fundraising campaign in one system. Design your donation forms in web view, along with other digital campaign elements like Lists, Emails, and Social Posts. 

See changes as you make them. Use our drag-and-drop designer to change the design and look of your donation forms. With our new visual creation experience you can add or remove components, customize text, configured options, and reorder layouts.

Offer more compelling donation amounts for one-time or recurring gifts. You can configure unique giving levels for each gift type, if provided on the same form, or create separate forms dedicated to one-time giving or recurring-only forms.

Save yourself time. Recurring gifts, coming from the new donation forms, automatically process subsequent payments for you. No need to manually process recurring gifts on dedicated days of the month.

 
Give donors flexible recurring payment options. Recurring donors can now choose when they want their payments to recur. This form is also customizable to process the first recurring payment immediately or allow the donor to schedule their start date, depending on your organization’s processes and/or campaign needs.

Donors can support multiple funds with one transaction. You can configure a form to enable donors to split their gift between multiple funds on the same form.

Create a consistent donor experience. Customize your donation forms and confirmation emails colors, fonts, text sizes, and label messaging to match your campaign and website branding.

Donation Form Performance DashboardReview key form performance metrics for each form at-a-glance. On a donation form’s details page you can see conversion rates, dollars processed, and average gift size.  You can also discover which sites drive the most donations and traffic, making future resource investments and decisions easier.


Finally, once you have secured donations, you can review, change, add, and approve all gifts in the batch feature, under Fundraising, Gift Management.  


What to Expect in the Future

This is our first release of Donation Forms in the web view, with availability limited to organizations in the United States. We will release functional enhancements and offer availability in more geographies in the future.

    This is a great form! I would be able to use it if the form allowed donors to make a pledge (Bill Me Later) gift.

    Do you have to use on line express with this for

    m or can you still use net community

    Hi Barbara, neither. You access it through RENXT web view and can create the form there. You will be able to use the code snippet in your CMS or in Net community page if you desire though. 


    LaVerne, thanks! And understood, it's definitely a use case we know people need and want so will be working toward closing this and other gaps over time. Some orgs can use it now for some use cases so we wanted to get it into everyone's hands as soon as possible to decide themselves if it's valuable for their needs but we know many need more capabilities before they can start adopting.     Looks awesome but I don't see a field for phone number like in Online Express where you have the option to make phone an optional feature. Will that be added at some point.

    Thanks, Ken! I love seeing the updates. One thing that I'd love to see on the web-version is the option to mark it as an honor/tribute gift.

    Can I embed the form in an email? (rather than on a web page?)

    Hi all, definitely more features to come including Tributes, Phone, and more form components to drag onto the form as we expand its capabilities. 


    For OnBoard, I'm not as personally familiar with what it enables you to do with web pages but the code snippet should work in any CMS which allows you to past in an HTML code snippet. 


    Doesn't currently support embedding in an email because most email clients strip out javascript for security reasons however if you all hear of that being done in a secure way out there then we can definitely explore that, would love to see an example of someone doing it. Anything to make the form submission process as frictionless and easy on the donor as possible.
