As part of our ongoing efforts to improve donation forms, we recently added features to make tracking gifts easier for your organization.

Add campaigns to donation forms

We responded to one of the top suggestions from our idea bank and added the ability to associate a campaign with a donation form. This update speeds data entry because the campaign is automatically selected when you process gift batches for a form.

To select a campaign, navigate to Tools, Donation form designer and create or edit a form. Under Get started, Hidden fields, select a campaign.

After you receive donations, navigate to Fundraising, Gift management, and open a donation form batch. For each gift in the batch, the campaign is automatically selected.

Add minimum gift amount for notifications

Another recent enhancement enables you to send additional information in your notifications to those in your organization who need to know when a donor gives a generous gift.

From a form, under Confirmations, Donation notification, enter the email addresses for those who you want to notify and the gift amount to trigger the notifications.

In response to customer feedback, these notifications now include relevant personal information you can use to thank donors.

    These are fantastic updates and from somebody who has had a sticky note on her computer to remind herself to enter the campaign when receiving online donations…..thank you! Removing and throwing away that note was so satisfying
