Providing receipts to donors for their charitable donations is a standard practice and now Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge NXT® customers, in all regions, have additional Gift Receipting capabilities including Receipt Series and enhanced PDF receipts.Using web view, you can now cut back on timely administrative tasks and strengthen your connection with your donors.


With Receipt Series you can:
  • Organize receipts and view historical receipt data.
  • Track where each of your receipts were issued (across multiple office locations).
  • Group receipts into a series with a prefix and numbering system.
  • Cancel a receipt.
  • Duplicate a receipt.

After you have generated receipts into a series, you can access the series and view all the receipts in chronological order by receipt date.

And under the PDF template tab you are now able to edit the default PDF template to include your organization’s logo, a personalized signature and edit the thank-you message to the donor.
