For those of you who have not had a chance to view the Sisters of Charity’s video up on Blackbaud.com, please do so.  It is entitled, “Sisters of Charity Raises 200% More in Its Annual Appeal with Raiser’s Edge NXT”.

It is a customer story demonstrating how AddressFinder™, one of the Data Enrichment services included with all levels of Raiser’s Edge NXT, was able to identify 2.6K lost donor records, and thus the organization was able to raise 200% more through its annual appeal. 


They also discuss “beautiful” reports using NXT that helps with reporting to their accounting office and board, showing donor retention and life cycle data that is easy to read and understand.

 

I want to also let our Target Analytics Community members know that we have an online Target Analytics Learn session entitled, “Target Analytics: Introduction to Analytics in Raiser’s Edge NXT,” and I provided a hyperlink there to help you find this session and various dates/times so that you can register for a class that works with your schedule. 


The goal is to help our clients learn about the various Data Enrichment and Analytics services that are part of your Raiser’s Edge NXT subscription, describe the process for these services, define the various analytics, and provide some initial implementation next steps to employ at your organization.

    The subject of the class looks interesting.  Then I click on it and I get this not so helpful message: "
    "This training item is currently unavailable to you. Please select alternative training, or complete prior requirements before requesting this training." The pre-reqs are not noted, so I'm wondering... where to I go to access this?
