Hurricane Matthew Update: Charleston

Our Blackbaud, Inc. office in Charleston, SC office is closed Wednesday, October 5 through Friday, October 7 due to Hurricane Matthew. Our other office locations will remain open as normal.

Blackbaud Customer Support will operate with a severely reduced staff to handle only customer emergencies. For non-critical issues, we ask that you please use our online resources. You can search Blackbaud Knowledgebase for questions or post here in the Blackbaud Community.

If you do need Customer Support assistance, they will make every effort to handle your request as quickly as possible, but do ask for your patience since staff is severely reduced. Thank you for your understanding!
