Hurricane Matthew Update #2: Charleston

Our Blackbaud, Inc. office in Charleston, SC is closed Wednesday, October 5 through Monday, October 10 due to Hurricane Matthew to ensure the safety of our employees. Our other office locations will remain open as normal.

Blackbaud Customer Support will operate with a severely reduced staff to handle only customer emergencies until Thursday, October 13. For non-critical issues, we ask that you please use our online resources. You can search Blackbaud Knowledgebase for questions or post here in the Blackbaud Community.

If you do need Blackbaud Customer Support assistance, they will make every effort to handle your request as quickly as possible but do ask for your patience due to severely reduced staffing.
