If you haven't heard the great news, Blackbaud has acquired Reeher, the industry leader in fundraising performance management for higher education. Adding Reeher’s innovative and differentiated capabilities to Blackbaud’s unmatched fundraising software, data intelligence, services, and expertise will be a game-changer in driving effectiveness for fundraisers and the broader social good community we support.

This acquisition is part of Blackbaud’s commitment to increasing outcomes for the social good community. Today’s highest-impact fundraising organizations are those with the greatest insight into their own performance. Reeher’s capabilities put the insight that institutions need to drive individual fundraiser effectiveness at their fingertips.
Today, Blackbaud’s extensive benchmarking capabilities enable organizations and institutions to understand how their fundraising programs compare to others. With Reeher, these benchmarking capabilities will be expanded to also include internal benchmarking to assess fundraising team performance – from understanding how the performance of individual gift officers compare to one another within the same team, to comparing gift officer performance against the staff at other similar organizations. Does BB anticiate adding this to NXT as a replacement and improvement for the Prospect Module in RE7? Would be lovely if that is the case for those who already use RE:Prospect, where sadly, there have been no improvements to the Prospect reporting capabilities which are not nearly as useful as many of the other wonderful canned reports. Looking forward to seeing a webinar that shows Reeher's capablities!0
