Each week, we aim to bring you a little closer to one of our Blackbaud Community super users (AKA Ninjas). This week, we’d like to introduce Austen Brown; database consultant at Prenger Solutions Group. Austen is a green and yellow ninja, a Blackbaud Champion, and is certified in multiple Blackbaud products.













What area are you in (geographically) and why do you love it?

I am in central North Carolina near Greensboro. I love that I can visit either the beach or mountains within a 3-hour drive.





What do you enjoy about the Blackbaud Community?

I enjoy connecting with other product users, finding solutions, and learning new things!





What is something that you never thought you’d enjoy at your current job that gets you up and motivates you now?

Every day is a bit different; I never know what will come across my desk on any given day. I especially enjoy collaborating with my team, helping clients, and finding sustainable solutions to seemingly impossible problems.
