Database & Gifts Administrator at Holderness School - Remote, Hybrid, or On Campus in NH

The Database and Gifts Administrator plays a vital role in advancing Holderness School’s mission by developing and maintaining data systems that support philanthropic initiatives and strengthen donor relationships. This position is responsible for all gift processing and the overall management of the Advancement Office database (Raiser’s Edge/NXT) and its related integrations, ensuring data integrity, optimizing operations, and providing strategic insights that drive fundraising success.

Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate constituent records, managing data imports and exports, preparing mailing lists and reports, supporting prospect research, and gift processing. By leveraging data-driven analysis, the Database and Gifts Administrator enhances the effectiveness of the Holderness Fund, capital campaigns, and alumni engagement efforts.

This is a year-round position. Ideally, this is an on-campus position, but we welcome candidates outside the local area interested in hybrid or fully remote work. Salary range is $55,000-$75,000 commensurate with experience. Holderness School is a traditional co-ed independent secondary school, serving grades 9-12.
