Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge NXT®: Boosting Productivity with Improved Left-Hand Navigation

Earlier this year, we introduced left-hand navigation in Raiser’s Edge NXT web view, designed to make your daily usage more efficient and intuitive. Since then, we’ve continued analyzing how you navigate to further refine and streamline your experience.   

Based on your insight, we’ve made additional enhancements to the home page and left-hand navigation menu.   

  • “New” Button is now positioned at the top of the Raiser’s Edge NXT menu, giving you quick access to add new constituents and gifts.

  • The Online Giving menu has expanded to include Donation Forms, Website Components and Branding cards to simplify your online form management:

  • Portal Activity is now under Constituents for a more logical flow and accessibility.

  • Settings is now located below the divider line with Security capabilities, separating administrative tasks and grouping overall management tools.   

These navigation enhancements are designed to help you move faster and work smarter. As we shift more functions to web view, we’ll continue to assess the organization of the left-hand menu. We value your continued input and hope you benefit from these Raiser’s Edge NXT navigation updates.
