Hi Blackbaud Community!

From September 15 to October 15, we celebrate National Hispanic Heritage Month—a time to honor the history, heritage, and achievements Hispanic and Latino Americans and their lasting impact on US history and culture.

This year's national theme, "A Celebration of Honor Culture," emphasizes pride in roots, identity, and traditions through storytelling and cultural legacy. We're proud to recognize this meaningful observance alongside our employees and customers whose heritage and organizational missions are deeply connected to this special observance.

At Blackbaud, we are committed to fostering an inclusive workplace and supporting the unique communities we serve. In observance of National Hispanic Heritage Month, our employees shared some of their cherished traditions, historical landmarks, culinary favorites, and more – check them out!

Throughout the month, Blackbaud employees will participate in a virtual volunteer event to create English language flashcards for children from the Latino community—an opportunity to give back and support language learning.

We’re grateful to our employees for sharing meaningful pieces of their heritage and culture. We’d love to hear from you—how do you or your organization observe National Hispanic Heritage Month?
