Webinar Availability

I received an email at 7:11 AM today reminding me to register for a webinar for tomorrow morning:

At 8:30 AM, I tried to register and AT THE END of entering all my information, I was told it was full. And you only get the recording if you attend. Why limit it in the first place? Or at least not waste time having people go through the registration steps only to be told no anyway.

Obviously this isn't a big deal in the grand scheme, but it's not a great look, so I'm pointing it out.
