payment voiding - new process
I just voided 83 items that I did not want to void, because the system is giving us error messages that do not make sense. please fix the void payments sections for easy use and false messages that do not mean anything!!!! totally dissatisfied with blackbaud and the changes that are still happening.

If you haven't done this already then you might be better off logging a ticket about this issue with Blackbaud in Case Central or adding it to the Idea Bank as there's no guarantee that one of their staff is going to see this forum post
