Consecutive Years Giving field now available in web view

To help you find constituents who have given gifts in consecutive years, you can now create queries with the Consecutive Years Giving field in web view.

Improved Prospect Insights or Prospect Insights Pro candidate review process (for those in the US and Canada)

To improve clarity and consistency in the candidate review process across Prospect Insights and Prospect Insights Pro queues:

  • New options are available for deferring or dismissing candidates from queues, such as explicitly removing a candidate permanently from a queue.

  • When disqualifying or dismissing a prospect, you can now select a reason and add a note to explain your decision.

    @Karen Diener , that's a great point - thanks for calling this out. Yes, Consecutive years giving is looking at gifts by calendar year, and fiscal year is a good option for a future improvement.

    I see this idea which was originally for database view. I've updated it to apply to web view Query since that's our modern approach for Export. Please feel free to review and vote there if folks would like to see it.

    Wondering if anyone else has experienced issues with queries in web view that include the consecutive years field (either as a criteria field or an output field). I have tried building and running multiple queries with these fields and they never generate results, always get stuck with the pulsing circle. Does this feature actually work?
