How do I allow my custom Application's access to Blackbaud data?

Hi Everyone,

I am attempting to run a python script from my computer to pull down a .csv with specific fields so that I can then upload it into Follett Destiny's SFTP site to update their name of students, email addresses, grade, homeroom, and parents' emails.

Unfortunately, I'm new to programming and Blackbaud's developer backend and getting confused by what is needed for allowing the private Application I've created to access our data.

So far, I was able to connect the Application I created with our Blackbaud instance. I have the Scopes set to Limited Data Access, "Education Management" set to Read only.

But now I feel like I'm missing a step. I read something about Environment Admin needing to allow something. When I click Environments under the App, it says it is connected to me, but under "Authorized", says "No". So I am assuming this is related some how, but am I barking up the wrong tree?
