    Detailed roadmaps are always a plus. Transparency on the reasoning behind bringing features to WV vs not, and any time it's decided not to publish that list so we know what processes we need to change now rather than waiting until DBV's sunset.

    I definitely agree with Austen above. I think that having a roadmap would be ideal. There is a lot that I would like to accomplish, iron out, familiarize myself with before database view goes away, so I'd appreciate more transparency on when that may be. And if a timeline is not feasible (since often times projects such as these have setbacks and delays etc), at least a roadmap so that we can see how close we are getting to the end goal.

    Yes to all points! The changes made are very forward thinking and exciting, but it is going to drastically shape how some of us do our jobs.     As I mentioned in a previous comment, I appreciate that Blackbaud hosts these webinars. They help me prepare for major changes and stay informed so I can best help my colleagues as we evolve as an organization. I like hearing from the experts, too. It helps me understand what is going on "behind-the-scenes" so I can apply this knowledge to my daily workflow and make changes when/where necessary. The live demonstrations are great for this reason, so I hope to see more of those folded into future webinars.
