The session gave me what I needed in terms of what's headed our way. PSG's additional session helped provide clarity on the why/how - the PUB provided detail on the what/when.

Yes! I greatly appreciate this information provided in the briefing. As someone that is still relatively new to my job and RE NXT, this product briefing helped me to have a better understanding of RE NXT and where the product is going. I think that I am lucky in that I don't have a lot of experience with the database view of RE, so the transition over to NXT will be much easier to me than others. And as someone that is always looking to improve and innovate, I appreciate the product management team's decisions and explanations of said decisions.

I have always really appreciated these product briefings! Its very exciting to see all the upcoming changes planned and to figure out how to best prepare for them. I also very much enjoyed the follow up session with PSG that answered additional questions from our "hive mind" and explained additional rationale for decisions made. It makes me feel very good as a customer that Blackbaud is really listening and taking into consideration all of our feedback.

I'm grateful to the Blackbaud team for hosting these webinars. I like to stay in the know as much as possible, especially because my job requires me to train my colleagues in RE. Although I'm always interested in learning more, I think the recent PUB gave me a good idea of what to expect in the coming year. I know what's on deck is always subject to change but just having some idea of what to expect helps me prepare.

Yes, overall I felt the update was meaningful and effective. The content was focused enough that I left with a small set of clear takeaways rather than a long list of disconnected features. The mix of “what just shipped / what’s coming soon” and “why we’re investing in these areas” made it easier for me to translate the briefing into concrete talking points for my colleagues and leadership.

Yes, I felt like I got the information needed to understand the direction Blackbaud is taking with the roadmap to ensure we have what we need and can plan accordingly.

Yes, as always I found the PUB very informative. It is encouraging to hear that the product teams DO listen to the Idea Bank and take into account users' experiences and requests.
I must second Austen's comment about PSG's hosting of the developers, as well. That was really helpful, especially since the PUB was reduced to 60 minutes.

I do feel like the PUB was meaningful and effective - they presented the various features that are coming soon which is useful for us to be able to plan how we approach the switch to unified view etc.
It was good to hear about why certain decisions were made based to usage reporting and how those decisions were changed due to finding out that even though something might not get used very often, the effect of that feature is really big.

As others have said, it was very meaningful to hear about the enhancements and when combined with the PSG session later in the week a lot of ground was covered.

I understand what is being added to NXT I only wish I knew a more exact time somethings would be added but as they are being created I understand that can't happen, there are just some bits I excited to use.

I agree with the previous posts that it is very helpful, as well as encouraging, to hear what is coming down the pike.

I appreciate the transparency on where we are with the planned rollouts. I (like many others) am still worried about ALL the functionality from web view being incorporated in to NXT before webview is retired.

Yes to everything. It's good to see where we're going and have reminders that we need to move more of our processes over to Web View. I'm very glad to hear that DB view won't be sunset immediately, that we will be given time to make sure things are running before we lose it.

I found the update meaningful and effective, and I do feel confident in understanding the future direction of Raiser’s Edge NXT. Kudos to all who presented — they provided a lot of helpful information and context, which made the briefing valuable.
That said, I would prefer having one 90‑minute session that combines both the why and how with the what and when. The 60‑minute format felt condensed, and while the PUB provided detail on the what/when and the PSG session helped clarify the why/how, I’d rather carve out 90 minutes in one sitting to absorb the full picture.
Echoing Austen’s point, the PSG session was a great complement, but I believe a single, extended session would provide the right balance of detail and context without requiring multiple follow‑ups.

Yes, PUB was effective for understanding future plans. Greatest concern remains of functions available in db view that are still not available and when they will be so that we can truely use webview and not have to live in both worlds.
PSG helped fill in the gaps.

Yes, the presentation was very helpful and I'm looking forward to many of the updates coming up. My only suggestion is to have a more direct channel where we can ask questions about some of the topics presented. I have a technical question about Automated Receipts and because the feature hasn't been released yet, the case support team is not fully equipped to answer it.

I had advance notice from attending BBCON, so this PUB aligned with what I learned there. I greatly appreciated the review and I especially enjoyed the opportunity to better understand the changes through PSG's conversation with the Blackbaud developers. Having the opportunity to ask questions to be responded to in a panel format was very informative.

I feel it was meaningful, though some details could have had more time spent on them. I really appreciated the session with PSG later in the week, as this allowed for some expansion on those details. I was very thankful some of these "nitty gritty" questions were addressed in the PSG session, as they were questions that most everyone had, and some of the details became more clear once the dust had settled, and some additional info provided.

Yes, It was helpful - especially as the user community has been struggling lately with understanding what changes are coming, when to expect them, and a expressing a lot of frustration. I wish there was more detail provided, and more screen shots and context. I got more value out of the answers to peoples questions in chat than the actual presentation.

I found the information was really helpful. I was excited about some of the recent changes and excited to see what's coming in the future. I'm really excited about single row query. It was also helpful to understand how decisions are made and to see how many of the idea bank ideas were implemented.

I do think the PUB was meaningful and effective. I like the combination of covering what has recently been released and the timing of upcoming releases. I did like having the PSG several days later to ask questions that we didn't think of at the time of the PUB and also being able to submit questions in advance. As others have mentioned having the two sessions where one is the what's new/when is it coming and the other is the why/how worked well for me.
