CLOSED - Contract Gift Processor (Raiser’s Edge NXT) Water For People | Part-Time | Contract | Remote

Water For People is seeking an experienced Contract Gift Processor to support our fundraising operations on a remote, part-time basis, starting immediately. This role requires hands-on experience with Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge NXT and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process check gift batches, including high-volume and nuanced gifts
• Enter and manage gifts from Engaging Networks, Stripe, and PayPal
• Process credit card, wire, workplace giving, DAF, grant, and miscellaneous gifts
• Apply acknowledgment codes, notes, and constituent updates in Raiser’s Edge NXT
• Manage donor mail suppression and “Remove From List” requests
• Perform basic reconciliation for Stripe and PayPal and support Finance with reporting
• Investigate and resolve batch discrepancies across systems as needed

Time Commitment

Approximately 12–25 hours per week, with workload varying by giving volume and time of year.

Qualifications

• Prior experience with Raiser’s Edge NXT required
• Experience with online giving platforms (Engaging Networks, Stripe, PayPal) preferred
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote environment

Compensation

$18.39–$36.00 per hour, depending on experience.
