Check Date, Check number and Post date fields are not greyed out?

When batching checks, the check date, check number and post date fields are now greyed out. How do I get access to these fields?

    Hi Catherine - Are you setting the payment method and post status in the batch? If the payment method is set to anything other than 'check' those fields will be grayed out. Likewise, if the post status is defaulting or being set to 'Do not post' then the Post Date will be grayed out as well.

    Thank you so much! I think I was confusing it with "Type" because of the "cash" option. Do you know why "type" isn't an option in webview?

    Do you mean Revenue Type? If so, go into your Batch Template settings. I would suspect that Revenue Type is marked as 'Hidden'
