Hi - we are no long able to see our classes listed in the new enter grades by class visual overhaul. It says "no results found." We have a support case open but have not heard anything. Is this a system-wide issue? (case # is

@Trudy Howard - I saw the same thing. Open the Filters and select a term and Grade Plan. When you apply the filters your courses will be listed.

I'm not seeing any available filters. I've combed through our roles to see if I'm missing a new task or something — I'm a platform manager so it should not be access based?

I tried to withdraw a student since the update release and received the message below. After a chat and elevated to a support case I found out now to withdraw a student you have to delete all future courses students are enrolled in, even terms that have not started. We operate on a trimester system and our students take a minimum of 15 classes a year, this is a major change to my workflow when withdrawing students. I am really hope this update can be improved or the withdrawal format can go back to how it was. It worked fine before.

@Trudy Howard - It looks like you are missing the Grading Manager role.

Platform Manager doesn't mean "super-user access to everything." Even if you are a Platform Manager, you need to add other roles to unlock specific features.

Thank you Brian, you are right on that. I'm also a grading manager admin. I'm just striking out on what could be the issue.

Issue solved - it does not show to our grading manager admin role, but it shows to grading manager role.
