Relationship and Emergency Contact Linking

Hi all!

Our team is looking to see if there is a better way to link family relationships and add emergency contacts within the contact card. While we are a relatively smaller school, I find it hard to believe that larger institutions touch so many parts of each candidate's account multiple times.

For example, we have a family with 5 siblings. Having to go into each child's account to link the other 4 siblings and then matching them up to parents seems like a lot of touch points. Is there an easier way? (Yes, it links the candidate to the parents and siblings when the application is turned in, but we also want to match siblings in case they apply down the road.)

Also, is there way to auto-populate emergency contacts for each candidate? Having to click on "manage phones", drag/drop, save.. and then again with "manage email" for each incoming student takes a bit of manpower. How do larger schools with more than 100 incoming students do this effectively?
