Amending name on receipt for an online donation

Hello from Saskatchewan, Canada - a donor made an online donation and she made an error on the spelling of her name. She requests a new receipt with the correct spelling. If I reverse her original donation, will I lose her credit card information? We have corrected the spelling in her persona.

    @Twila Drimmie, hello! If the credit card transaction processed without any issues, do you need to reverse the donation to issue a corrected receipt, or can you just create a new receipt document and enter a note or contact journal entry documenting why a new receipt was issued?
