in Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT®: General Discussions

For anyone using FPM and/or Guided Fundraising with RENXT - can you answer the following? We are evaluating it as a potential new solution

  • Is FPM and/or Guided Fundraising integrated bi directionally to Raiser's Edge?
  1. If so who built the integration? Or what tools might you be using to push the data back to re?
  2. What data goes back to Raiser's Edge from FPM and/or Guided Fundraising?
  3. What is FPM and/or Guided Fundraising used for (major giving, discovery, DGO. student callers etc)? Do you have a digital giving officer or officers? If so who manages them?
  4. On the data side of the house happy with the tools?

    Hopefully someone responds! And this may be obvious, but have you asked Blackbaud these questions? I would be really interested to hear their response in general, but also if they are able to respond to the specific details. I'd compare their responses to what you hear in the community.

    If you aren't aware, there is also a Facebook user group that tends to be a little more unfiltered about products. I think some people have posted about these two products but am not 100% sure. Worth a search though!
