Due to an internal promotion, Acts Legacy Foundation, a supporting organization of Acts Retirement-Life Communities, is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Annual Giving Administrator position. This position will be based out of our Corporate Services Center, located in Fort Washington, PA.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the fundraising and contributions database, annual giving, donor communications and Foundation publications and performing duties directly related to the management and general business operations of the Foundation’s Department.
The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, nonprofit management, social sciences, or related field
• Minimum of five years of related experience in nonprofit fundraising
• Advanced knowledge of Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge and RENxt is required
Advanced proficiency and experience with Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge, RENxt required. Successful applicants must possess documented competencies in constituent management and provisioned data quality control; managing gift processing and correspondence quality control; developing and executing Raiser’s Edge analysis and reporting; experience with credit contributions, recurring giving, Online Express, Mobile Pay; developing Raiser’s Edge policies and procedures; and developing Peer to Peer giving program and RENxt Capacities.
Additional experience required developing and implementing segmented annual appeal fundraising, mailings, and donor engagement communications direct mail, e-mail, website, etc.; experience in Project Planning and development of concept, print production for direct mail and other projects; and experience working with vendors and budget management.
Required excellent verbal and written communication skills; report writing / query experience required; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint); strong decision making and problem-solving skills. The successful candidate will have completed a bachelor’s degree and have demonstrated a successful track record, including five years of related work in nonprofit fundraising.
