in Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT®: General Discussions

I recently took a webinar (not Blackbaud) that mentioned we should all test our outgoing emails as new DMARC (Domain-Based Message Authentication, Reporting & Conformance) updates will be in effect February 1, particularly for Apple users.

Does anyone know if that's something RE NXT email marketing users should be worried about?

    @Elizabeth Bonin If you use Marketing in NXT, yes, you'll need to get that updated. It can be quite the process if you have to find out how to make the changes, but if you have a person in charge at your org, hopefully they can handle it no problem.

    Dmarcian.com is a great resource to test a lot of the settings. Good Luck!!

    Hi Lee, I couldn't get this link to work - it said ‘not found’. are you able to share the full html please, and I'll try that way?

    We have lots of problems with DMARC (our hospital charity uses the ICT dept for the hospital trust, and they do not want to make changes just for the charity) so I'd like to be able to test it - we're unsure to what extent we've been affected.
