Dashboards in FENXT

I'm confused on the dashboards in FE NXT.  The help topic on Dashboards mentions a Dashboard builder function but I only see Analysis\\Dashboards with canned dashboards with filters.  Is there any way that we can build custom dashboards?

    Hi Sandy, sorry I missed this. My name is Eddie Barker and I'm the product manager for Sky Reporting and Insight Designer. There are two levels of this functionality. The first is what you're seeing now. The second is Insight Designer and Dashboard Builder. For example, I build an insight for payables, including invoice information:

    Then, I build a dashboard including this and other insights I've built previously, add filters and some titles if needed:

    At that point, I can choose who has rights, can change filters, etc., and then anybody who has permission can add it to their dashboards under Analysis. Financial Edge NXT is rapidly approaching a preview phase for this, then an Early Adopter Program and finally general availability later this year.     We are in the process of testing Insight designer. One key component in developing dashboards includes comparing Net Income and Expense for actual vs Budget. The only budget component I can find reflects the budget numbers incorrectly. The budget numbers are not NET, but added together as a SUM. Can a new Budget option be added to reflect Budget numbers as net income? Any other guidance is appreciated. Thanks so much!
