We currently use Truist and do a JE for our card charges. I am interested in other platforms that integrate well with blackbaud FE

    @Lindsey Palazzi there are 2 options : 1. The credit card feeds that work based off Yodlee. & 2. The blackbaud purchase card which integrates without Yodlee's credit card feeds.

    For option 1 : your bank that issues your card would have to work with Yodlee, otherwise you can't directly integrate those with FE. 2. The purchase card doesn't need the credit card feed to work and is issued by Regions Bank. Another benefit of the purchase card , it's not limited by Yodlee's 20 card limit. So if you have 21 or more cards to users, they can all be integrated with their transactions pulled into FE so you can pull them into FE and post them to the GL.

    We use Truist as well so I am interested to know if you find anything out. Unless Yodlee has changed they are not integrated with Truist. We went through this several years ago. Our FE is set to renew so I have asked our rep to see what offerings are out there. We have more than 21 cards so we would not be able to use Yodlee anyway unless something has changed.

    I have used the Visa Spend Clarity Platform through whatever bank I use. It allows users to upload and code transactions online through their portal, and I can upload the JE to record it in BB.
