Credit Card Refresh All removed by Blackbaud - Bring it back!

Did anyone notice they recently removed the refresh all for credit card feeds and now you have to individually go in to each account to refresh. I am not happy and have expressed my frustration to support, which is not likely to go anywhere. It's once again blackbaud making the process with more keystrokes than less. It's like they don't have anyone in actual accounting working on their product design. If you would like the refresh all back please like this post.

    I saw that the refresh all button is no longer under Treasury, but it is under Payables/CreditCardActivity. The refresh is at the top right of that page.

    This is individual , not a refresh all. I have over 25 cards. It's just unfortunate but typical from Blackbaud. They rarely think about the work actually being done by the end user.

    It did refresh all for me (14 cards). It is just the word refresh. Would be better if it was a button like they had under treasury.

  • @Sylvia Cook All of my cards are individually on the credit card feed. They are not one account with 20+ cards. Unfortunately when you have more than 20 they have to be individual. There is no button called “refresh all” only a refresh on each individual account.

    Oh, that is unfortunate. Maybe ask support about it and they can find out about bringing the refresh all button back. Agree the button should be there.

    Hi! The refresh all button was removed to to accommodate the different login and multi-factor authentication requirements of financial institutions. This button most times lead to errors for organizations who have bank or credit card accounts with different financial institutions that have different login requirements. We will review further to determine how we can improve the experience for customers like you that have multiple credit cards.

    You are aware that customers who are not using the blackbaud product do have to have each card seperately if they have over 20 as yodlee could not accomodate the feed if over 20 so removing the refresh all does make it time consuming for customers like me. I am sure I am not the only one. I do hope this yodlee upgrade does not affect our feeds.

    I have only one bank account, but I have seven accounts. It takes more time waiting to refresh one by one. I miss refresh all as well!
