Remittance emails not being sent

Hello,

We are having an issue with EFT remittance emails not being sent. We recently started using web base to process our EFT payments and send remittance emails. We were excited to learn that there was an option to send the remittance email via FE but we are experiencing problems with this feature. For instance, we will generate an EFT batch and will have 50 efts/emails and once we generate the batch, we receive notification that only 4 emails were sent. Is there a way to see which emails were not sent and resend them? Also, we have many vendors who do not receive the emails. We have had them check their spam, check with their IT department, and they still have not received it. Where do those emails go? Are they bounced back somewhere?

    We have noticed as well that vendors have not been getting the emails. There never was a way for us to know that emails were sent or to look up an email to resend out. So we currently went back to printing our remittances and manually emailing them out.
