Healthcare Systems Use of, Set-up/Structure & Security Levels for ResearchPoint

Would love to connect with and learn from other large Healthcare Systems with multiple sites on how they have their ResearchPoint and user security levels structured. More specifically, would love to learn the different systems and processes different organizations have in place for managing the flow of information into and out of ResearchPoint. Do you use a centralized or decentralized model when multiple sites are involved? Any insights and/or documentation on your processes you are willing to share are appreciated.
