Research Lists mechanics - can I set up a 'favorite' way to organize my list?
We can customize the research reports in ResearchPoint, which is great if you use those.
Is there a way to do the same thing for selecting and displaying the columns we like to use in our Research Lists in ResearchPoint Prospects? I spend a lot of time moving columns. Surely there's an easier, better way?!
I can't find anything on this topic in Knowledgebase or this forum - I'm hoping I just don't know the right search terms!
Thank you!

@Elaine Buescher- This is a great idea! I agree that it would be helpful to be able to Copy a research list just like you can a query in ResearchPoint. This function is actually something that is in the “Ideas” tab of the ResearchPoint Community. You can vote on this by going to “Ideas” at this link:
Find the one that says “Copy research list to create new one” and vote for it. There are currently 9 votes for this idea. I voted for it previously, and our development teams utilizes the “Ideas” area for future enhancements to RP.

@Carol Belair - I have voted! Thanks! One follow-up question: as a backdoor way to make my life simpler, would it be possible to set up a query that would pull all the names in my list and then have the query output set up with the fields I need? I'm not yet a query super user.

@Elaine Buescher - Yes, you can build a template query with the output that you want and simply change out the research list in the query criteria (so you can query on research lists!) In RP query, you simply select from the “Browse for fields in:” on the left hand panel > scroll down to the “Research List Member” folder > click on the “+” sign to the left of this folder > next select the “Research List” sub-folder > double-click on the “Research List record" Equal to and search for your research list. That is all the criteria you need, and just build a template query with the output you need. I did check, and you have consulting with your annual modeling project and can reach out to your Analytics Services consultant for more guidance if you like. Is this helpful Elaine?

@Carol Belair - I started down this route, and will give it a try. Thanks for the guidance, as always!
We have connected with our consultant and will be introducing our new colleague to our Analytics results in the very near future.
