Recommendations not showing for Processing

Is anyone else having issues with processing Recommendations?  I have a ticket in support and we are still unable to see what recommendations there are to process - no filters shows nothing and support told me that we just need to find the right filter for the recommendations to show so we can process.  This is a known area for problems - yet this is the first time I have heard that it's a known area for issues.  Really Blackbaud - my Admissions people are fuming!  We need these recommendations to know if the candidates are eligible for acceptance!

  • Are they showing up on your tile for processing then you do not see the rec when you select the recommendations tab? Since we turned our year over, I have to add 20-21 to the filter to see recommendations for 20-21 midyear applicants. I have to reset every time I go into the recommendation tile.

  • Thanks Coco - Yes the tile on Home - have changed the filter to current year, then to next year, and then all years - nothing. Change filter to no years, all grades - nothing. Change filters to status of submitted and nothing.  We have several recommendation showing to process
  • That's terrible! I hope they are escalating your ticket to urgent!
  • We have the same issue.  It started on Tuesday afternoon for us after the weekly update.  We let it sit overnight thinking it would be resolved by the next day, but on Wednesday it still wasn't working.  I opened up a ticket and they said it was high priority to get fixed.  I added to the ticket today asking for an update and I have not received a response.  Unless it gets patched over the weekend, when we get back Monday, it will be about a week of recommendations piling up.

    Since the fix, all our recommendations (processed) are listed when I select the Recommendations tile, even when I filter for submitted. Is that another fix you are working on?
