(New) Event Registration Fees

I have an event that is scheduled to open in 2 days and I cannot get the fees to work. (It is not set up as a Public Event; all attendees will have a BBID.) We did a trial run today with an employee and got through the entire process but when “credit card” is selected on the pay screen, nothing comes up. I double-checked all of the fields in the form and it says that they will be visible. (Credit Card is also the only method of payment that we are accepting.)

With the other Events version going away in June, I cannot use that version.

  • @Jennifer Gallo In my experience, if the event registration isn't open, it won't work. Or, if there is a disconnect with who is “allowed” to register, etc. Feel free to ping me - I've seen it all. ?

    I had opened the registration temporarily to test it. We found that it does not populate correctly for all mobile devices…who knew?!?!?!

    As much as I want as much info as possible in each student's record, this is SO clunky!
