What report or list can be used to audit whether teachers are keeping their gradebooks updated?

@Geoffrey Goodfellow - I took a swing at building both a SKY list and an Advanced List today. One or the other may be close to what you're looking for. Your mileage may vary.

SKY List:

Academics > Reporting > Manage Lists > Build a new list

Gradebook Grades List

Add columns:

The Saved GPA date is the date and time that the Cumulative grade for the student was last calculated (effectively, the last time that the Commit button was clicked).

An Advanced list can also be used:

As an FYI, there is a Grade Book Printout – By Teacher system report but it's currently being researched by the BB technical team since we found it was combining some assignments. Unfortunately, the report does not include any indicators such as Incomplete, Missing, etc. or assignment types. It also does not show assignment titles, only assignment abbreviations, so if teachers don't put in an abbreviation then those won't have helpful headings. Ultimately, we really need some way to give principals/leadership a view-only option to see gradebooks.

@Susan Hemingway - The SKY list example does include students for whom no assignments have been graded (that is - there is no cumulative grade).

The Advanced List example can be modified to include those students: uncheck the “Inner” box for the Grade Book Cumulative object.
