Exporting Standardized test scores

I have managed to enter test scores (ACT, SAT, PSAT, Pre-ACT, and ASVAB) for my students. Now my administrators want a report comparing and contrasting different test scores for each student and comparing this to student GPA…. How can I create this export (preferably to Excel format)

    I use an “advanced list” for this. (core \\ reports \\ manage lists \\ manage basic and advanced lists).

    This contains screen shots of how my example “AP Tests” advanced list is defined:

    @William Roundey Using @john ronan's instructions, I had to add score (besides overall score) and an “or” with another short description to include scores for both EBRW and Math.

    @William Roundey - so I have entered ACT/SAT/ PSAT… into the program but I am not even seeing any place where I can say - Pull this data. Did I have to create a data field for each item first?

    @William Roundey, I think what you want to see is in subtest.testdescription and test.testdescription.

    I think it is worth taking a look at a BB training course on ‘Advanced Lists’.

    Advanced Lists are not simple to create and use. They require a looking “under the hood” of the database. But, unfortunately, they are the only way to get information that BB does not provide in the other ‘Lists’ ("Simple Lists" and “SKY Lists”).

    Both of Simple and SKY lists, I'm afraid, are not particularly robust and are inflexible. Very often I find info I need inaccessibleand am at the mercy of BB adding fields ("columns" ) that they determine are worthwhile.

    This process can take a very long time or might never happen.

    And so, it's worth the investment of time and effort to learn how to make Advanced Lists and to continue to lobby with BB to continue to support them.
