I'm looking to create courses for next year.

I can't seem to see a year dropdown allowing me to set up courses for next year. It seems that there is a year drop down for classes but not for courses??

@Richard Pan courses are created and only associated with a year under Offer Course. Requests and Schedules/Courses lists courses and is where you can create a new course or inactivate/activate a course. Requests and Schedules/Offer Courses is where you associate a course with a school year, level and term.

@Richard Pan creating the course under Requests and Schedules→Courses select +New doesn't ask for a year. Once you create the course then you go to Offer Course where you can select a school year as pictured here. You need to expand under the department to see the courses. Hopefully this helps?

@Jennifer Welch So courses are really not associated to a year, but classes are??

@Richard Pan correct. Offering a course connects it with a year. You must do this every year and term. If you have 2 semesters per school year, e.g. you need to make sure you drop down for each term and offer the class. My example below has 3 terms so I need to toggle for all 3 to get all my classes offered.
