Counselor Notes and Documents
Our counselors would like to upload documents to a student profile. I am going round and round searching a way to do this. An official note would work for us but I don't see a way to add upload a document as a choice and the same for a learning profile. Any tips would be appreciated.

@Catherine Druhan If the information is for mental health or if it's protected by HIPAA, consider using the Nurse role and the Medical features.
