I went paragliding for the first time in Switzerland last summer and it was such an awesome experience. This is my 7th year using Blackbaud and its various products.

Hi! I'm Vicky. I'm the Registrar at The Aquinas Institute of Rochester in Rochester, NY. I'm the youngest of my 5 sibling to graduate from AQ and have been back working at AQ for 13 years.

I started out in Admissions with EE in Admissions Office and Student Billing and then we integrated Registrar's Office to connect the dots! When Whipple Hill was acquired by BB we transitioned (rather quickly) to the K-12 OnSuite Solution. Somewhere along the line, I became Registrar and the administrator for our K-12 system. I love sharing ideas and tricks I've found to make life in K-12 land easier.

I am a fur mom of 3 kitties (Mimi, Molly and Lulabelle) and need to start going to meetings for my plant addiction - LOL! I also have a propensity towards collecting things so my office is covered in Lego mini-figures, origami, candy jars full of treats and other assorted picture and fun things that makes it a bit of an emporium of curiosities! Picture Penelope Garcia from Criminal Minds - Haha!

@Crystal Bruce Hello, my name is Coco Parham and I work in the Admission Office at Christ School, in Asheville, NC. I have been working in Enrollment Management (and Core) for 6 years. I just started with Rally training with my dog, Izzy, a 3-year old Golden Retriever (rescue).

Hi! I'm Brian LeBlanc and I am the admissions support specialist at Thales Academy, which is a network of 13 campuses in North Carolina, Virginia and Tennessee - we think of ourselves as a bit of a school system of private schools. My job is to essentially have one foot in IT and one in admissions. I am the answer guy when anyone has a question about how to interact with the OnSuite products (EMS and Core, specifically), be it a campus staff member, the admissions staff or a parent.

My job has kind of evolved over the years to also serve as a central registry. Although we don't have a registrar per se, which is a byproduct of our multi-campus setup, I manage processes for withdrawals, campus transfers, re-enrollments and new enrollments. I work remotely, as does our entire admissions staff - we have centralized admissions for all campuses, so we have admissions staff in Florida (that's me), North Carolina and (soon to be in) South Carolina.

It might seem odd for someone working in education, but my professional background is in radio. I was a radio traffic and news reporter for almost 20 years before changing careers. I still dabble in it from time to time, most often as the PA announcer for my daughter's school and as a fill-in for the Orlando Solar Bears minor league hockey team.

Hello, I'm Bill and I am the Director of Technology for Atlantic Shores Christian School in Chesapeake, Virginia. I have been on staff here since I retired in 1994, we transitioned to the OnSuite K-12 products 3 years ago and I either answer or find the answer to any question the staff, parents or students have with the OnSuite products. I love being outdoors and I am an avid paddler.

I'm John.

I am the Registrar at Xaverian High School in Brooklyn, NY, where I have worked since 2007.
My background is mostly tech: Software engineer for a buncha years, s/w consultant for a few, programming on a trading floor for almost a decade.

Here at “The X”, I find myself as the data maintenance and “idea” guy for EMS and Raiser's Edge as well as support for scheduling, grading and anything data.

We've been with EMS since 2018-2019 after a long, healthy, friendly relatioinship with Education Edge.

I am Scott and currently serve as the Director of Operations and "Blackbaud Guy" at Hammond School in Columbia, SC. I began at Hammond this past July after 24 years at an independent school in Louisiana where I served as the Academic Dean, College Counselor, and “Blackbaud Guy."

I am a secondary school English teacher by training but became an administrator via the Dean of Students office early in my career at a small boarding school in Hudson Highlands of New York. In Louisiana, I entered the SIS/LMS responsibility sphere. I led the launch of 3 different SIS/LMS systems there and managed the transition from EE to K12 as well. My K12 role at Hammond is to help assess the system setup, propose and implement refinements, improve user understanding and utilization of K12's many capabilities, and offer user support in every facet of the K12 solution.

I have been using K12 since its launch after about ten years working with EE.
