How do you handle confidential counselor notes that need to only be shared with a few people in a division? In K-12 Official Notes are shared by role and not by individual user. We are trying to see if we can use what we have or use an outside vendor app to handle this due to confidentiality. Thanks for any ideas.

    This seems like a request that is posted here often, and has been mentioned in the Ideas as well. Hopefully at some point BB will give us just a little more flexibility with Official Notes - I know our academic support folks would love something like this.

    @Marsha Gardner - I have been playing around with this a bit and am contemplating handling this situation by creating an official note that is not displayed to anyone and setting up a monitoring team composed of the people who we want to see the information. I believe, in theory, this work around should accomplish the goal. I have yet to test it though.

    If anyone else has a work around for this, I would love to try it.
